puce2008-12-08 amazing mp3s

Paid for Kid Cudi - Day and night from amazon.co.uk MP3 downloads - to my amazement the Linux support is superb! Go Amazon!

The MP3 cost £0.69 - on the other hand sorting the brakes warning light on my car is around £320.

puce2008-12-07 cash machines

Whilst out on the lash last night funds drew low between clubs, so as normal the money that I thought would be enough didn't cover the pace that I was buying rounds at, so between club hops I decided to make everyone wait whilst skin flint here used the cash machine.

To my surprise when I got to the machine after a small lass had been there I found £40 protruding from the vending slot. Naive boy here got on the moral high ground and lectured about how much of a better idea it is to return the money to it's rightful owner.

However, all this discussed the lass had departed in a taxi and the money was given to the wrong person. Everyone in the group was trying to tell drunk boy here that it wasn't the right person, but beer goggles were on and she looked the same so the money ended up in the wrong hands - but the sentiment was there.

puce2008-12-06 ipv6 and things

Sometimes things just don't stand still. Who would have thought that 2^32 would never be enough space for everyone? Turns out that 2^128 is a much more realistic number. What's more, who would have thought the transition would be so simple? Who am I kidding. Have you tried to tell a 32bit computer that speaking in 128 bits is any easier. It was a glorious day when 'uint addr;' would suffice.
